Staff Vetting
Every employee is hired only after verified National ID, academic testimonials, confirmed reference letters and a certificate of good conduct from the C.I.D.
Site-Customized Schedules
Standards and procedures are discussed and agreed with each client, covering floor cleaning, dusting, window cleaning, external areas, grounds and upholstery.
Equipment & Materials
We use modern equipment such as floor cleaning machines and brush cutters, and source cleaning materials only from licensed, reputable suppliers.
In-House Training
Our Training & Quality Control Manager oversees continuous training from a fully equipped training unit at our Eldoret head office.
Daily Inspections
Team leaders and area supervisors inspect work on site and brief the Operations Manager by phone every day, capturing and resolving complaints as they arise.
Regional Reach
We coordinate delivery across North Rift, South Rift, Central Rift, Western, Nairobi, Mombasa and Nyanza regions.
Health, Safety & Environment
Our safety policy covers signage on wet floors, proper PPE for staff, safe storage and disposal of cleaning materials, and compliance with local authority and NEMA waste regulations.
